pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(a)(1)(A)(ii), with each party to bear its own costs
and fees. (Id. at 1.)
Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that the above-captioned case is
DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
