OPINION and ORDER. IT IS ORDERED that Holiday's motion for summary judgment (Doc. 27 ) is GRANTED as to Everett's negligence-based claims (Counts 1 and 2). The case is now limited to Everett's intentional tort claims (Counts 3 and 4) for alleged conduct and injuries sustained after June 14, 2022.
