T h e deadline for disclosure of experts and, unless otherwise agreed, the d e a d lin e for the provision of expert reports is September 16, 2010 T h e discovery and deposition deadline is November 16, 2010. Motions to c o m p e l discovery must be filed at least 15 days prior to the discovery and d e p o sitio n deadline. T h e deadline for filing motions to dismiss, motions for summary judgment or m o tio n s to exclude expert testimony on Daubert and related grounds is N o v e m b e r 30, 2010. T h e pretrial conference and trial remain scheduled for January 4, 2011 and J a n u a ry 17, 2011, respectively.
