IT IS ORDERED: The defendants' motion to continue, (filing no. 34), is granted, and 1) The defendants' motion for summary judgment as to the alleged actions or inactions of Officer Paul Malone shall be filed on or before November 5, 2010; The pretrial conference is continued to February 3, 2011 at 10:00 a.m., and a. The pretrial conference will be conducted by WebEx conferencing. To facilitate this conferencing method, the parties' proposed Pretrial Conference Order and Exhibit List(s) must be emailed to [e-mail], in either Word Perfect or Word format, by 5:00 p.m. on February 2, 2011. An email will be sent to counsel of record on January 31, 2011 with the instructions and codes for participating in the pretrial conference by WebEx conferencing.
