The defendants have moved to stay all discovery in the foregoing cases pending resolution of Defendants' Motions for Summary Judgment. The parties have entered into a stipulation which resolves the defendants' motions to a stay and sets additional progression deadlines. The court adopts the of parties' stipulation.
