MEMORANDUM
AND ORDER
This matter is before the court on Plaintiff’s “Motion for Stay on Motion to
Dismiss.” (Filing No. 46.) In Plaintiff’s Motion, he asks the court to refrain from
ruling on Defendants’ Motion to Dismiss for 20 days, until after he amends his
Complaint. However, it has been approximately 40 days since Plaintiff filed his
motion, and he has yet to file an amended complaint.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that: Plaintiff’s Motion for Stay on Motion to
Dismiss (filing no. 46) is denied.
