ORDER regarding 13 Motion to Withdraw as Attorney. The motion to withdraw filed by Michael Khalili and the firm of Knudsen, Berkheimer, Richardson & Endacott, LLP, as counsel of record for Plaintiff Michael Marlar, (filing no. 13), is granted. O n or before January 6, 2015, Plaintiff Michael Marlar shall either: (a) obtain the services of counsel and have that attorney file an appearance in this case; or (b) file a statement notifying the court of his intent to litigate this case without the assistance of counsel. Michael Marlar, (filing no. 13), is granted.

On or before January 6, 2015, Plaintiff Michael Marlar shall either: (a)
