MEMORANDUM
AND ORDER
This matter is before the court on the court on Defendant’s Motion to Extend. (Filing No.
38.) In the Motion, Defendant asks the court to extend the Final Pretrial Conference deadlines. (Id.)
Because Defendant recently filed a Motion for Summary Judgment, the Final Pretrial Conference
in this matter, scheduled for June 21, 2012, is canceled. A separate progression order resetting the
dates for the Final Pretrial Conference, and all associated deadlines, may be entered after the court
resolves the pending Motion for Summary Judgment.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that:
1.
Defendant’s Motion to Extend (filing no. 38) is granted in accordance with this
Memorandum and Order.
2.
The Clerk of the Court is directed to cancel the Final Pretrial Conference in
this matter that is currently scheduled for June 21, 2012. A separate progression
order resetting the dates for the Final Pretrial Conference, and all associated
deadlines, may be entered after the court resolves the pending Motion for Summary
Judgment.
