MEMORANDUM
AND ORDER
This matter is before the court on its own motion. On January 17, 2012, the
court ordered Plaintiff to apprise the court of his current address. (Filing No. 9.) The
court warned Plaintiff that failure to do so by February 17, 2012, would result in
dismissal of this matter without prejudice and without further notice. (Id.) Plaintiff
has not responded to this court’s order or updated his address with the court.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that: This action is dismissed without
prejudice. A separate judgment will be entered in accordance with this Memorandum
and Order.
