After conferring with the parties,

IT IS ORDERED that the plaintiff’s motion for extension of time, (Filing No. 30),
is granted in part as follows:

1)

Absent a showing of good cause for further extending the response

deadline, the plaintiff’s responses (including answers or objections) to the defendant’s
discovery requests shall be served on or before March 5, 2013.

2)

Any further requests for additional time shall be supported by information

from the plaintiff’s health provider(s) explaining why additional time is needed, and the
projected amount of time needed, for the plaintiff to become able to effectively assist his
counsel in preparing this case.
