CASE NO. 4:12CV3186
MEMORANDUM
AND ORDER
This matter is before the court on its own motion. On May 23, 2013, the court
ordered Plaintiff to apprise the court of his current address. (Filing No. 21.) In its
Memorandum and Order, the court cautioned Plaintiff that failure to update his address by

has not responded to this court’s Memorandum and Order and has not updated his
address with the court.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that:
1.
This action is dismissed without prejudice, and a separate judgment will be
entered in accordance with this Memorandum and Order; and
2.
All pending motions are denied as moot.
DATED this 24th day of June, 2013.
BY THE COURT:
s/Laurie Smith Camp
Chief United States District Judge
