MEMORANDUM AND ORDER - THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that: The decision of the Commissioner is reversed. Knarr's appeal is granted. This action is remanded to the Commissioner with instructions to award benefits. A separate Judgment will be is sued in conjunction with this Memorandum and Order. Any motion for attorney fees shall be filed within 30 days of the date of this order; any objection thereto shall be filed within 30 days thereafter. Ordered by Judge Joseph F. Bataillon. (TCL )
