AND ORDER
This matter is before the court on Plaintiff’s Motion to Extend the time to
complete service of process on Defendants. (Filing No. 65.) However, the court
extended the time to serve Defendants the day before Plaintiff filed his Motion. (See
Filing No. 64.) Accordingly,
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that: Plaintiff’s Motion to Extend (filing no.
65) is denied as moot.
