MEMORANDUM
AND ORDER

This matter is before the court on Plaintiff’s Motion to Reconsider the court’s
previous Orders dated March 3, 2014, and April 21, 2014. (Filing Nos. 64 and 82.)
Upon careful review of Plaintiff’s Motion and the court’s Orders, the court finds no
reason to reconsider any portion of its previous orders.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that: Plaintiff’s “Motion for Reconsideration
and Reassertion of Motion for Appointment of Counsel” (Filing No. 83) is denied.
