PROGRESSION ORDER - The parties joint motion to amend the progression order, (Filing No. 110 ), is granted in part and denied in part as follows: The jury trial of this case is set to commence before Richard G. Kopf, Senior United States District J udge, in Courtroom 1, United States Courthouse, Lincoln, Nebraska, at 9:00 a.m. on January 19, 2016, or as soon thereafter as the case may be called, for a duration of eight (8) trial days. Jury selection will be held at the commencement of trial. This case is specially set and will commence on the date and time set forth in this order. Counsel shall prepare and plan this case accordingly. The Pretrial Conference is scheduled to be held before the undersigned magistrate judge on January 5, 2016 at 9:00 a.m., and will be held in chambers. this amended progression schedule, as to all parties, before moving for an order relating to
discovery, the movant must first request a conference with the court.
