MEMORANDUM
AND ORDER
On July 2, 2015, upon review of Baker’s Motion for Reconsideration (Filing
No. 32), the court provided Baker with an opportunity to file an amended complaint.
(Filing No. 36.) The court cautioned Baker that his Motion for Reconsideration would
be dismissed without further notice if he failed to file the amended complaint. To
date, Baker has not filed an amended complaint and the time in which to do so has
long passed.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that: Baker’s Motion for
Reconsideration (Filing No. 32) is denied.
DATED this 2nd day of November, 2015.
BY THE COURT:
Richard G. Kopf
Senior United States District Judge
