MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
This matter is before the Court on plaintiff Billie Joe
Chapman’s Objection (Filing No. 14) to correspondence received
from the associate warden of Chapman’s previous place of
incarceration, the Newton Correctional Facility.
This

his inmate trust account statement prior to submitting it to this
Court for review.
