This matter is before the court on Plaintiff’s Motion for Leave to Proceed in
Forma Pauperis (Filing No. 7). The court has already granted Plaintiff leave to
proceed in forma pauperis in this matter. (See Filing No. 6.) Accordingly,
IT IS ORDERED that: Plaintiff’s Motion for Leave to Proceed in Forma
Pauperis (Filing No. 7) is denied as moot.
