IT IS ORDERED that the unopposed motion to continued, (Filing No. 17), is

on July 7, 2015 at 11:30 a.m. to discuss the status of case progression and
potential settlement. Counsel for plaintiff shall place the call.

The trial and pretrial conference settings, and all expired deadlines within
