P. 26(a)(2)(C)), is January 17, 2017. The deadlines for complete expert disclosures for all experts expected to testify at trial, (both retained experts, (Fed. R. Civ. P. 26(a)(2)(B)), and non-retained experts, (Fed. R. Civ. P. 26(a)(2)(C)), are: For the plaintiff(s): January 31, 2017. For the defendant(s): February 28, 2017. The deposition deadline is March 31, 2017. The deadline for filing motions to dismiss and motions for summary judgment is April 14, 2017. The parties are advised, h owever, that the trial and pretrial conference may be continued on the court's own motion if dispositive motions are filed after March 27, 2017.
