ORDER granting 141 Motion to Extend. IT IS ORDERED: 1. The defendants Request to Require Neb Civ R 16.2(a)(2)(F) Discovery Designations (Filing No. 49) is granted. 2. On or before May 8, 2009, each party shall provide to all other parties with th e following information regarding the evidence that it may present at trial other than solely for impeachment purposes: 1) The portions of each deposition, designated by page and line, that it intends to offer and 2) each discovery response of anothe r party it intends tooffer. Such designations and any objections thereto shall also be included in the final pretrial conference order. Objections not so disclosed, other than objections under Federal Rules of Evidence 402 and 403, shall be deemed waived unless excused by the court forgood cause shown. IN THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT FOR THE DISTRICT OF NEBRASKA RSG INC., et al., Plaintiffs, vs. SIDUMP'R TRAILER COMPANY, INC., Defendant. ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) 8:06CV507 ORDER This matter is before the court on the plaintiffs' Unopposed Motion for 90-day Extension of Progression Order (Filing No. 141). The plaintiffs filed the instant motion the same day the court granted leave for the defendant's counsel to withdraw from this matter. Previously, the court scheduled this case for trial in June 2009, with a discovery deadline of March 16, 2009. See Filing No. 125. However, because the defendant is currently without counsel, and unable to represent itself, all proceedings must be suspended pending the defendant's compliance with the court's March 2, 2009 Order. See Filing No. 139. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED: 1. 2. The plaintiffs' Unopposed Motion for 90-day Extension of Progression Order All deadlines contained in the Fourth Amended Order Setting Final Schedule (Filing No. 141) is granted as set forth herein. for Progression of Case (Filing No. 125) are suspended pending resolution of the defendant's representation. 3.
