This matter is before the court on the Joint Stipulation for Plaintiff's Attorney to W ithdraw (Filing No. 60).1 Vincent M. Ekeh seeks leave to withdraw and states the plaintiff Ignacio Figueroa agrees to the withdrawal due to unresolved issues between attorney and client. Mr. Ekeh states he has provided a copy of the stipulation and all client files to Mr. Figeroa. The court finds good cause exists for Mr. Ekeh's withdrawal pursuant to NEGenR 1.3(f). Accordingly,
