ORDER - granting 39 Stipulation; $12,000 of the defendant property shall be returned to the claimant, Bryan Stuart; the marshal has published notice of this intent to dispose of the property; the remaining defendant property, $17,990 is h ereby forfeited to the United States. The marshal shall dispose of said $17,990.00 in accordance with law. Upon Mr. Finley's reciept of the $12,000.00, he shall file a receipt for said amount.
