ORDER approving 57 the parties' Stipulation and $4,358.40 of the defendant property shall be returned to claimant, Louis Obad, by delivering the same to his attorney of record, Donald J.B. Miller. The US Marshal shall deliver said amount by making payment to the Donald J.B. Miller's Trust Account. The remaining $39,255.60 of the defendant property is forfeited to the United States. The US Marshal shall dispose of said $39,255.60 in accordance with law. Mr. Miller shall file a receipt when he receives the $4,358.40. Upon the filing of said receipt, this Court shall enter a Judgment in this action. Ordered by Magistrate Judge F. A. Gossett. (1 Certified copy to USM) (JSF)
