In support of this Motion, the Defendant shows the Court that Plaintiff's proof of service indicates that service was made upon the Defendant on or about June 10, 2009, and the initial deadline for Defendant's responsive pleading was therefore June 30, 2009. WHEREFORE, the Defendant respectfully requests an Order granting him until July 30, 2009 to answer or otherwise respond to Plaintiff's Complaint. Dated this 18th day of June, 2009.
