Counsel h a v e advised the court that they are available for trial the week of November 9, 2010. I T IS ORDERED: 1 . T h e final pretrial conference is continued to Thursday, October 14, 2010 at 1 0 :3 0 a.m. in the chambers of the undersigned, 111 South 18th Plaza, Suite 2210, Roman L . Hruska United States Courthouse, Omaha, Nebraska. The final pretrial conference shall b e attended by lead counsel for represented parties. Counsel shall complete prior to the p re tria l conference, all items as directed in NECivR 16.2 and shall deliver or transmit to the u n d e rs ig n e d a draft pretrial order no later than the close of business on Friday, October 8, 2 0 1 0 .
