This matter is before the Court on the joint
stipulation to amend progression order (Filing No. 249).
The
Court finds the stipulation should be approved and adopted.
Accordingly,
IT IS ORDERED that the stipulation is approved and
adopted; the parties have until September 8, 2011, to exchange
their proposed claim constructions setting forth claim terms for
the ‘288 Patent for which they contend construction is necessary
and their proposed construction of those terms. All other dates
for the progression of the case remain in force and effect.
