JUDGMENT AND DECREE OF FORECLOSURE AND ORDER OF SALE in the amount of $70,842.34, plus accrued interest in the amount of $8,803.17, $63.90 in late charges, $3,460.17 fees currently assessed and required, together with interest acc ruing at the rate of $14.97 per day from January 3, 2011, until the date of entry of this decree. Interest will accrue on said sums from and after the date of entry of this decree at the legal rate of 27% computed daily and compounded annua lly until paid in full.
