The Court, being fully advised in the premises, finds that said Motion should be sustained. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the abovecaptioned matter is hereby dismissed with prejudice, each party to pay her/its own costs, complete record waived.
