ORDER

This matter is before the Court on parties’ Joint Status Report and Motion for a
Release of Funds (Filing No. 30). The parties have complied with the Court’s Order of July
1, 2011 (Filing No. 27), and have included with their Status Report an Order from the
District Court of Douglas County, Nebraska, directing the Court to release the interpleaded
funds to the clerk of the District Court of Douglas County.
Accordingly,
IT IS ORDERED:
