ORDER
This matter is before the Court on plaintiff’s motion
to extend time within which to file a brief in opposition to
defendants’ motion to dismiss official capacity and policy claims
(Filing No. 135).
The Court notes counsel for defendants has no
objection and finds the motion should be granted.
Accordingly,
IT IS ORDERED that plaintiff’s motion is granted.
Plaintiff shall have until March 8, 2013, to file a brief in
opposition to defendants’ motion.
