IN THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT FOR THE DISTRICT OF NEBRASKA MONICA CORTEZ, Plaintiff, 8:11CV228 vs. MEMORANDUM AND ORDER PHARMA CHEMIE, INC., a Nebraska Corporation, Defendant. This matter is before the Court on the Magistrate Judge's Findings and Recommendation of September 7, 2012 (filing 62), recommending that this Court dismiss plaintiff Monica Cortez's case for want of prosecution. Neither party has filed an objection. See, 28 U.S.C. ยง 636(b)(1); NeCivR 72.2.
