Defendant.
Today, the parties’ counsel participated in a telephonic status conference with the
undersigned. During the conference, counsel requested that the court stay progression of this
case so that they can attempt to settle the case through mediation. The request will be
granted.
Additionally, in light of the United States District Court for the Southern District of
Iowa’s transfer of related case 8:11CV427 to this court, Holmes Murphy & Associates, Inc.’s
Motion to Transfer Venue (filing 9) will be denied.
IT IS ORDERED:

denied.
