continued, and will be held before the undersigned magistrate judge on
January 14, 2014 at 10:30 a.m. to discuss the status of case progression,
potential settlement, and the trial and pretrial conference scheduling.

The deadline for completing written discovery under Rules 33 through 36
of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure is January 31, 2014. Motions to
compel Rule 33 through 36 discovery must be filed by January 16, 2014.

3)

The deadlines for identifying expert witnesses expected to testify at the trial
