Scott A. Shuey, Eileen S. H. Morris, James A. Hoffmann, and Charles W. Luke are
dismissed, with prejudice.
Nothing in this Order affects the Plaintiff's claims against Stephen J. Price, Tara P.
Chicatelli and Jamie C. Meadows.
