This matter is before the Court on plaintiff’s motion
to extend time to file reply brief in support of motion for class
certification (Filing No. 41), and defendants’ opposition thereto
(Filing No. 42).
By subsequent agreement of the parties,
IT IS ORDERED:
1)
Plaintiff’s motion is granted and her brief and
index of evidence on class action certification shall be filed on
or before January 10, 2014.
2)
Defendants' brief and index of evidence in
opposition to class action certification shall be filed on or
before January 31, 2014.
3)
A hearing on the class certification motion is
