AND ORDER
This matter is before the court on Petitioner’s Motion for Leave to Proceed in
Forma Pauperis (“IFP”). (Filing No. 8.) However, Petitioner paid the filing fee in
this matter on July 5, 2013. (See Docket Sheet.) Accordingly,
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that Petitioner’s Motion for Leave to Proceed
IFP (filing no. 8) is denied as moot.
