ORDER
This matter is before the Court on the joint
stipulation for dismissal with prejudice of plaintiffs’ claims
against defendants, Dyea Rowland and Christopher Olson (Filing
No. 119).
The Court finds the motion stipulation should be
approved and adopted.
Accordingly,
IT IS ORDERED that the stipulation is approved and
adopted.
Plaintiffs’ claims against defendants Dyea Rowland and
Christopher Olson are dismissed with prejudice, each party to pay
its own attorney’s fees and costs.
Defendant Rowland’s cross-
claim against the City of Omaha remains pending.
