Plaintiffs have now withdrawn Kirk Newring, Donald Kleine, Michael
McClelland, and Michael Nelson as expert witnesses. (Filing No. 156).

Accordingly,

IT IS ORDERED that Defendants’ Joint Motion to Exclude Expert Witnesses,
(Filing No. 145), is denied as moot.
