MEMORANDUM AND ORDER that Plaintiffs will have 30 days in which to file an Amended Complaint that shows the court has subject-matter jurisdiction (either "federal question" or "diversity of citizenship" jurisdiction) and that contains sufficient facts to state a claim upon which relief can be granted in favor of Plaintiffs and against Defendants. Plaintiff's failure to file an Amended Complaint in accordance with this Memorandum and Order will result in dismissal o f this action without further notice. The clerk's office is directed to set a pro se case management deadline using the following text: May 9, 2018: check for amended complaint. Ordered by Senior Judge Richard G. Kopf.
