cause for the Motion being demonstrated, the Court finds that Plaintiff ’s Motion to
Dismiss, Defendant Smith & Wesson should be granted.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that Smith & Wesson be dismissed from the above
captioned matter. Each party to bear its own costs.
