Respondents.
This matter is before the Court on Respondents’ unopposed motion for an extension of

10 time to file their answer to the remaining claims in Petitioner James Earl Hill’s second-amended
11 federal petition. (ECF No. 177.) This is Respondents’ first request for an extension of this
12 deadline following this Court’s Order denying Hill’s motion for reconsideration. The Court finds
13 good cause exists to grant the motion.

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that Respondents’ unopposed motion for extension of

15 time (ECF No. 177) is granted. Respondents have up to and including 60 days from the date of
16 this Order to answer the remaining claims in Hill’s second-amended federal petition.
