ORDER - Respondents' motion for enlargement of time (third request) (ECF No. 316 ) is granted. Respondents will have until and including March 30, 2022, to file their response to Petitioner's reply (ECF No. 310 ). (ECF No. 309.) 13 Petitioner filed a reply to Respondents’ answer on November 1, 2021. (ECF No. 310.) 14 Then, after a 45-day initial period, a 60-day extension of time, and a 30-day extension of 15 time, Respondents were to file a response to the reply by March 16, 2022. (See ECF Nos. 16 292, 313, 315.) 17 On March 16, 2022, Respondents filed a third motion for extension of time (ECF 18 No. 316) requesting a further 14-day extension of time, to March 30, 2022, to file their 19 response to the reply. Respondents’ counsel states that the extension of time is 20 necessary because of her obligations in other cases. Petitioner does not oppose the 21 motion for extension of time. The Court finds that Respondents’ motion for extension of 22 time is made in good faith and not solely for the purpose of delay, and that there is good 23 cause for the extension of time requested. 24 /// 25 /// 26 /// 27 /// 28 /// 1 It is therefore ordered that Respondents’ motion for enlargement of time (third 2 request) (ECF No. 316) is granted.
