Appearances are noted. Discussion was that counsel was trying to serve the complaint in Aruba and it wasn't going thru so counsel is wanting to transfer this case to the Central District of California, Western Division. IT IS ORDERED the Court shall issue it's decision in the next couple of weeks. For the reasons stated the Court will schedule a continued Status Hearing for FRIDAY, AUGUST 17, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. in LV courtroom 6B before this Court. The parties are required to notify the clerk if any party is to appear by telephone so that a Meet Me Line can be arranged There being no further discussion the Court stands at recess. 10:45 a.m. Court adjourned.
