The process server has provided the packet of documents to the Aruban authorities but has not been able to ascertain if the authorities have served the papers or not. U nde r the Hague Convention the parties have done all things proper to this point. The Court directed the parties to file their papers so that this case can continue to move on. The parties are to file courtesy copies of all filings with the chambers of Judge Lloyd D. George. T he Court Grants the formal motion made by Mr. Jirauch to withdraw the Motion to Transfer [#14] at this time. 9:55 a.m. There being no further discussions the Court stands at recess.
