UNITED STATES MAGISTRATE JUDGE This matter is before the Court on Defendant Slep-Tone Entertainment Corporation d/b/a Sound Choice Accompaniment Tracks' request for a thirty (30) day extension to answer the Complaint (#18), filed on February 12, 2007. Pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 6(b) and LR 6, extensions of time may be granted for good cause shown. Defendant filed a letter to this Court requesting an extension of time. In Defendant's letter, Defendant stated that it needs additional time to engage legal counsel in Nevada to prepare an answer to Plaintiff's Complaint. For good cause shown, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Defendant Slep-Tone Entertainment Corporation d/b/a Sound Choice Accompaniment Tracks' request for a thirty (30) day extension to answer the Complaint (#18) is GRANTED. Defendant Slep-Tone Entertainment Corporation d/b/a Sound Choice Accompaniment Tracks shall have until March 14, 2007, to answer the Plaintiff's Complaint.
