This action is a petition for a writ of habeas corpus filed pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254 by a

17

Nevada state prisoner represented by counsel. Respondents have filed a motion for an extension of

18

time in which to file a response to the amended petition for a writ of habeas corpus. (ECF No. 56).

19

Respondents seek a 45-day enlargement of time, up to and including April 16, 2015, to file a

20

response. Having reviewed the motion and good cause appearing, respondents’ motion is granted.

21

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that respondents’ motion for an extension of time to file

22

a response to the amended petition (ECF No. 56) is GRANTED. The response shall be filed on or

23

before April 16, 2015.
