The parties have entered into a Settlement Agreement dated October 16,

2012.

The Defendant will pay the Settlement Amount of $75,000 to U-Haul

2 International, Inc., pursuant to Paragraph 3 of the Settlement Agreement on or before

April 1, 2013.

The Plaintiffs and Defendant hereby stipulate to the dismissal of this

6 action, pursuant to Paragraph 3 of the Settlement Agreement, with prejudice and with

each party to bear its own attorney’s fees, costs, and expenses.
