Upon consideration of the Motion of Receiver for an Order Modifying Reporting

Requirements Established in Local Rule 66-4, the Order Appointing Receiver, and the First

21

Modification Order [Docket No. 715] (the “Motion”), after a hearing on proper notice, the Court

22

having considered the Motion and arguments, and good cause appearing,

23

IT IS ORDERED that:

The Motion is granted;

The reporting requirements established in Local Rule 66-4, the Order Appointing

26

Receiver, and the First Modification Order are modified to authorize the Receiver to submit his

27

report on a quarterly basis, with such report to be submitted within 30 days of the end of each

28

corresponding quarter; and
