The following schedule is provided pursuant to the Court’s Order (Docket No. 159), and
that the following dates and deadlines are to apply to this action:
1.
No later than April 8, 2011, Defendants are to provide Plaintiffs with the names,

physical residential addresses, and email addresses of all limousine drivers employed by
5
Defendants at anytime from June 19, 2006 to present.

Within 14 days of the Notice being approved, Defendants are to post the notice,
7
for a period of 45 days, at Defendants’ work place in a conspicuous location and email the notice
8
to the limousine drivers.

5.
Within 14 days of the Notice being approved, Plaintiffs’ counsel shall cause the
notice to be mailed to the last known address of putative class members.

If there are any Notices which are returned as undeliverable, Plaintiffs’ counsel
12
shall make reasonable efforts to obtain current addresses for such Notices and re-mail them
13
within ten days of them being returned.

7.
All consent forms should be filed with the Court within 90 days of the notice
being approved by the Court.
